Refund policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. Please email kabutoforge@gmail.com with your order number before sending anything back. The customer pays return postage.

Custom and made-to-order items can't be returned for change of mind.

Refunds are made within 5 business days of receiving your return.

Faulty or damaged items must be reported within 7 days of delivery, with photos. We'll repair, replace or refund, and we cover the return postage on faulty items.

This policy doesn't limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
